My copy-editor was brilliant, and I did what I thought was a very solid review of my manuscript, yet, lo and behold, I still manage to find a few issues in the PDF they send me to proof -- an incomplete sentence here, an abuse of the phrase "it's no wonder" there. I pride myself on my attention to detail and grammar, and it appears I pride myself in vain.
Anyway, that's out of the way, which means all that's left is typesetting, indexing, and publication (and the publicity that's a part of that)...
